So my debit card was set to expire at the end of October and it was a bout a week before the end of the month. I figured I would order a new card since they had not sent me one yet and I didn't want to be stuck with an expired card. So after a few days I get 2 replacement cards in the mail. One with my original card number and the other a new number. I decided to activate the one that was my original number and shredded the other and that was that. Now today about a week later my card I had activated no longer works and does not show up on my BB&T app. Did they deactivate my card because it wasn't the one I reordered? Would they be able to re-activate my card that I am currently using? I will probably call in the morning but figured I would see if anyone here might know.
